Cons
- Fresh grad pay is decent, but have to fight for increment every year, which can be sabotaged if you offend the wrong people - No AWS - Poor VB scheme, up to 10% monthly bonus (which will never be achieved), inflexibility to change the bonus KPIs despite the current global crisis - Lots of politics in supply team, beware of double headed snakes - Most leaders are followers, some are inexperienced, some are bad at prioritizing tasks - The leaders are easily influenced by hearsay/rumours, lack of trust - Hires an extra headcount as backup for each team incase someone leaves, they are always identifying/predicting who will leave the company - Great company, but disappointing management team in supply
