Fun work environment, no hierarchy and employee investment plan scheme is very lucrative.
Cons
Work-life balance is a big challenge in India as number and nature of customers is very varied as compared to the number staff we have inside the store. Management does not take responsibility and initiative for the growth and development of stuff if he/she does not ask for a particular project even if the employee has few years of experience in the company.
