      Pros

      Great people. Great bonus (when it happens) and profit sharing. Dearing gives you great experience. Good resume builder.

      Cons

      Bonus is wishy washy with no structure. If you do not donate to the United Way, then your bonus will be low. There is no structure to the company and they love to micro manage. Forget the chain of command. Paid time off is 16 hours for salaried employees. Doesn't matter how long you work there. If you put in a 60 hour week as a salaried employee, there is no reward. Extra paid time off cannot be earned.

      Pros

      First the CEO and CFO are genuine and truly care about their employees. Company has a good outlook and strategy to keep going. Good friendly workplace

      Cons

      My only knock is the one hour lunch, can't work through and be done at 4:30.

      Family owned, the owner were friendly and seemed to honestly care about there employees.

      There were a lot of mistakes on prints, hot work environment, to many chiefs
