Pros
You get basic benefits and work itself is a complete no-brainer.
Cons
1. You won't grow and learn anything! 2. Work atmosphere is terrible! Once you step in the company its like a zombie land, nah its not. Its more like a graveyard. Dead is the only word. 3. No opinion or communication exchange! Well, its a Chinese company what do you expect? 4. It is a comprehensively disaster in terms of management even thought they try to copy all western modules. Obviously, they still follow the typical Chinese 996 working system expect you answer their not-important-at-all messages after work. 5. You're a Sales not an editor. This is the fact they don't tell you in the interview. I bet you earn more at department store than here if you really want to be a sales.
