The company was beginning to outgrow their space

Small team with a lot of talent, great work ethic, and no drama. The dynamic on the team is fun and collaborative, fostering a great environment for freely sharing ideas and expressing opinions. There's a lot of freedom and flexibility in all aspects of the work, allowing an individual or a team to take a new idea from conception to execution quickly. Focus is always on the results, not micro-managing the process. Team is distributed allowing for some fun travel and the freedom to work from anywhere. There's also nice perks, like company retreats in Vegas.

Being a small company, there are some traditional benefits missing, like 401Ks, but they seem to make up for it with competitive salaries and option grants.
