Pros
The employees are great to work with, and the owners create a close-knit, family-style environment.
Cons
I genuinely enjoyed working at DeWayne’s during my first few years with the company. I consistently received positive feedback for my work, collaborated effectively with my team, and contributed strong industry knowledge that helped move projects forward. I was always open to feedback and made a consistent effort to improve and grow in my role.
After a management change, the work environment shifted significantly. Feedback became largely negative, and despite requesting clear guidance or examples on how to improve, follow-through was lacking. Team members raised concerns about management a couple of occasions, but no changes were made.
Ultimately, I decided to leave the company in order to prioritize my well-being.
