Pros

All 5 star review are fake, don't even join by mistake.

Cons

1. Working here feels like a long social experiment on how bad management can break even the most motivated employees. 2. The so-called management — lovingly known internally as the mastermind duo — is a masterclass in clueless leadership. 3. The CEO, with his so called “16 years of Java experience,” mostly contributes by making a joke of himself — sometimes even in front of clients. Sadly, he remains blissfully unaware. 4. The COO (the other half of this leadership circus) often arranges meetings just to give herself a KT — and still ends it with “I’m confused.” This isn’t a one-time thing. It’s their default mode. 5. They derail technical discussions with irrelevant talk and opinions — despite having zero understanding of the topic. 6. Discussions start on technical things and end in a philosophical blackhole of confusion as the COO enters in every technical discussion and makes it senseless with illogical arguments due to zero technical knowledge. 7. Their Mastermind developer (their go-to decision maker) confidently gives design and development suggestions without any knowledge of either — but everyone has to nod along. 8. Their meetings are often filled with bizarre husband-wife fights — held live in front of the entire office. Entertainment? Yes. Productive? Never. 9. On a serious note, this place is becoming a breeding ground for mental health issues. The constant pressure, toxic culture, and blind decision-making are exhausting. 10. Even after multiple resignations, they refuse to reflect or improve. They live in a bubble of denial, thinking everything’s fine. Spoiler: It’s not. 11. Let’s talk resources: No laptop provided. No internet reimbursement. If your personal device fails? You’re forced to take unpaid leave. 12. There will always be a fake sense of urgency. Due to poor planning, employees are often asked to work weekends and extend hours unnecessarily. 13. They quitely removed medical insurance without notice and the reason they give — "nobody uses it." 14. AWS is slow? Their genius solution — “work on Saturday.” Because obviously the cloud only respects weekends. 15. And if you ever thought of discussing this — prepare to be ignored, ridiculed, or gaslighted. It wastes an average of 2 to 3 hours every day and employees are asked to extend or work on weekends as if it’s their fault. 16. No growth. No learning. No respect. But if you're looking for harassment disguised as feedback, you’ll feel right at home.
