While a new management structure and better working conditions should improve things in the future, I can only base my experience on my own time in the company, and this makes me doubtful about long-term change.
With some notable exceptions, management consists of pointing at issues and demanding improvement, with no planning, coaching or strategy. There is a culture of short-termism which leads to small problems becoming a major focus for weeks and months, while the overall strategy of the company remains vague and ill-defined. As a result, 'yes' people flourish and prosper, while those who ask questions and desire clarity are seen as 'difficult' and are treated accordingly.
The various other grievances previously highlighted also apply - a toxic atmosphere, favouritism, gaslighting as a management style, basic work benefits treated as favours from the company, and the existence of entire posts purely to cover the incompetence of quite senior members of staff.
In short; yes, things may change in the future, but don't bank on it.
