Chaotic - Anonymous employee Dayton Metro Library Employee Review

Same experience as other reviewers. Decisions are made with little foresight. Public services is left to starve while more and more administrative positions are added. The director and other executives are rarely seen by the regular staff. They seem very disinterested in actually running a library. The people who should be solving problems are usually too busy creating new ones. The system's financial situation is bleak, and the majority of cuts are being made to the services that directly benefit the public.
