Ouch.
Your advice to leaders is great: "Focus on real work, develop real products which add value to customer. Reduce politics."
But these cons. They sting. They sting because we've all felt these tensions (and more) but so many of us are working hard to make Noodle.ai a company we love. Noodle.ai is growing quickly, we're young, and building real companies is hard – especially in a nascent market. (The phrase "Enterprise AI" didn't even exist on the internet before we used it on our home page in 2016.)
Despite these challenges we're kicking butt. Our client portfolio is growing, and each client is growing their relationship with the company. A testament to the quality of work that our teams are doing across our communities. More importantly, you're surrounded by a cohort of engaged, devoted, and thoughtful colleagues who're building a company of which we all are proud.
