Pros
My immediate management is unbeatable. They empower you to lead change, advocate on your behalf where you do not have authority/politics are involved, and care about your well-being and progress as a employee and person.
Work-life balance is great, though this can depend on position and department.
Cons
ZERO training. It is sink or swim. Relies on 'mom and pop' culture to justify the lack of any efficient processes.
Changes are extremely slow.
Upper management is severely mismanaged. I have firsthand accounts of empty lip service filled with corporate buzzwords. Future calls are planned on items that can be addressed in the moment. Corporate culture promotes complacency and stagnation. Upper management seems to have no urgency to drive positive change and is disconnected from the struggles and issues of area managers.
