Awful working environment - Anonymous employee Day One Employee Review

The two people running the agency are absolutely horrible to work for. They are extremely abusive and there's nothing anyone can do about it. They have lost a lot of excellent people because of this. Also, I've never seen the turnaround they have. Most people are there a year or less because they don't like the hostile work environment. It's too bad because the mission of the agency is fantastic. Some people just can't practice what they preach!
