Pros
Very laid back environment with great people. The people are a lot of fun and you'll make a lot of friends. Also if you are interested in working for the Charlotte Fire Department, you will get to meet a lot of Charlotte Firefighters
Cons
It isnt a very busy fire district. Fires don't happen to often, but if you want to be an EMT, you will have plenty of opportunities to help the community.
