Helping brides find their look and making them feel beautiful for their big day is the best feeling in the world! You form such a bond with the bride and her family during the wedding planning that it’s just an amazing experience.
Cons
DM is literally the worst person I’ve ever worked for. Favoritism amongst store managers runs rampant. Blatant disregard to the feelings and outside lives of the store manager is insane. The company is failing and failing quickly. It’s better to get out of dodge than to go down with this sinking ship and the poor excuse of leadership they have in role.
