Pros
-Being appreciated by brides whom you've helped find their dream gown for their big day. - Compensation during the busy season - Your co-workers can be great (of course this depends on your team - schedule flexibilty is great
Cons
- Compensation during non-busy season - pressure to sell a bride who doesnt like anything we carry - write ups if you dont sell enough - you are required to make annoying calls to brides over and over again (theyre flattered once or twice but become quickly irritated after that) - your co-workers can be catty and form tight cliques, even with mangement ehich puts you on the poop list if you don't drink the koolaid or simply dont fit in
