Pros
Get to experience the best part in some women's lives...helping them find a wedding dress that they love! It's really a pleasure to get to work one on one with the brides and there families. You get base pay plus commission and a few other incentives to do well. So if you are a good sales person, you could make some good money in a part time position.
Cons
Going back to the commission. Sometimes you get girls that just come in to play dress up. Which can be fun for everyone except you won't make any sales for commission. But on the other hand if you give them a good experience when it is time for them to get married they may come back to you. It became a little stressful every now and again.
