4yThanks for this review and taking the time to leave it. We've had a number of conversations internally about it as there is a lot of stuff here. We happen to be proud of the longevity of our teams; notwithstanding Covid and all its challenges we've continued to recruit and grow - and it's down to the strength of those teams.
I don't think that we have poor operations or indeed processes (but there is always room to improve); what I do know is that everyone has a JD; everyone gets benefits (extensive holiday perks based on length of service and extra time at Christmas; automatic membership of a EAP programme; fully flexible working practices amongst others); we have a Company all-hands every 2 weeks (and have had for 18+ months) at which we communicate our results, trading and updates, as well as bringing in guest speakers and addressing cross-Company topics such as Diversity & Inclusion; Carbon Neutrality and current market conditions. We've been honoured with some of the speakers we've had.
