Flexibility, direct supervisor is second to none, leadership is imperfect and human but trying which is more than I can say for most employers. Benefits are exceptional, free breakfast prepared by two amazing chefs four days a week, generous holiday, vacation, and sick time. The building and the grounds are beautiful with AMAZING views of the front range. Even with the 4 days onsite and 1 day remote work week there is still flexibility within that. So many more but don't want this to be too long.

It's difficult to write out true cons because everyone, leadership included, is so well intentioned but that is where things tend to go wrong. It seems that sometimes leadership has difficulty making the hard decisions and tend to rob Peter to pay Paul. I hesitate to give examples because again, the intent is well meaning, but it seems that they may not see the flip side of the coin in those decisions and how being generous, over indulgent, inconsistent, etc. in some ways harms in others.

I served at DCC during a season of significant change. The leadership navigated this season with immense integrity and the utmost grace. Furthermore, I have rarely worked alongside people who were as deeply committed to a mission as I experienced at DCC.

I have no cons. Would serve there again!
