DONT DO IT - Upper Management Davalor Mold Employee Review

DO not work here. The management is always fighting they make people work when sick but they don't work them self's. They underpay thisr employees and don't care about anyone. They don't work as a team.is communication is null and void. They have safety issues that need to be addressed and could care less. THE ROOF LEAKS and leave puddles everywhere and is dangerous. They are always yelling and screaming at people. THE accounting department care less if an error is made and takes forever to get the stuff fixed. The production manager is very shady. The guy in charge takes the side of his friends and nepotism is a common thing there.
