      Pros

      Management allows you the freedom to get your job done with little interference. Ability to cross train and move from job to job. Great overtime posibilites, awesome benefits package

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
