      Great responsibility and associates work hard for the company

      Pay raises are bad understaffed and deadlines and production goals are challenging to meet no teamwork between the shifts

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
