      Pay finally better after slaving for 8 years, UAW better, insurance okay

      Horrible management all they do is harass you and put you on notice...very petty should worry more about production than picking at you. Slithering Snakes

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
