Pros

Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

Cons

Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.

Pros

It's a job until you can find another one.

Cons

Avoid. Twisted 1980s family shop. Lots of family that's been here a very long time, you will always be an outsider and carry much, much more of the workload than the family. Cheap salaries. Over staffed HR has nothing more to do than watch the cameras, then come out and make bad comments on what they think they saw. Do you want to be watched on camera all day? The environment in the shop is unreal, in the winter its as cold as outside and summer its 120 degrees. Thick graphite dust in the air smothering the employees. Managers still yell commands over the PA system like its 1985. No work life balance, get ready to work Saturdays and Sundays for peanuts. The shift premium for the poor souls on off shifts is .60 cents an hour, not 5 or 10 percent. The shift premium is so low because the other employees demand that lower seniority people cannot make more money than they do! Most of Management do not have degrees or any real training, they only got there because of nepotism. No critical thinking in decision making, so its always chaos. Managers are "trying new ideas" to see how they work, then blame someone else when its a catastrophe. It's a job until you find a good one.
