We are happy to share that many of your concerns are currently being addressed: - End of last year we established clearer mission & vision statements, and core values. - Management has introduced a comprehensive business plan extending until 2026. - Collaboratively with our teams, we have defined cohesive goals and targets (OKRs) for 2024. - More senior employees have been added to our management team, and our hiring plan includes the onboarding of additional senior colleagues this year.
