- you work with great people who really care about you - excellent benefits and meals - membership is thoughtful and often make efforts to show that they care - excellent supervision - job location is absolutely beautiful. Walking paths everywhere and the setting is a private island so what's not to love.

The cons are the same as working in any position: some staff/members can be difficult depending on what is going on in their personal lives. As a general rule this is an excellent place to work.

It's a lot of work, but I felt well-cared for.

Demanding membership could often majorly affect morale.
