Pros

- Remote work - Incredible ICs to work with - Some good managers scattered throughout

Cons

Company has no idea what direction they want to go. All investments go into one product or strategy for a few months and then everyone is told to completely shift gears which leaves the team with little momentum and not much to sell. Leadership doesn’t care about retention or growth of employees. Professional development plans and conversations are not welcomed or taken seriously and they are disregarded if you make them happen. Competition is biting at their heels due to the lack of direction from the company over the years.

Pros

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction * Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps * Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability * Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors * Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods * In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role * Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
