Pros
At the beginning rapid response to emails, interview was set up quickly for possible employment with a large collection agency in my area.
Cons
After getting the job Dataman failed to tell me the start date, time and dress code for the company I would be working at. They never had me fill out any tax information. On my 1st day at the contract site I was told that information should have been handled by Dataman, I contacted them via email and got no response, continued to email them for a full week with no response. By this time I started to think I so was fishy and didn't trust I would get paid if they can't even get me tax forms to fill out. I ended up not returning to the contract site that monday and only worked for 1 week 40 hours under Dataman and as I feared paydates came and went, I continued to email, sometimes they went unanswered and sometimes I was told paycheck it was coming. After working 1 week at the beginning of September 2014 I contacted my Ohio Attorney General's Office for assistance in December, even after their involvement there were numerous promises of checks mailed and finally after the Attorney General told Dataman to mail the check to them directly did I get paid at the beginning of Feb. 2015, but the pay rate was .50 less an hour than I was promised but at this point I was done and happy that was all the check was sort.
