      1. Great people to be around. 2. Stressful work culture. 3. Good place to start a career. 4. Small teams, lot to get hands dirty.

      Cons

      1. Not suited for people who are workaholic 2. They are still slowly building the company, so don't expect big salaries. Makes sense from their side.

      Pros

      Nice office environment. one of the best data mining engineers. value for knowledge you get to take ownership of your code and idea. implement your idea with tech stack of your choice. work from home facility. No leave barriers. values your knowledge, not your degrees. Nobody is keeping track of your punching time. office trip.

      Cons

      Cant think of anything, if following things are implemented, it would be good. daily meetings with team leads. monthly code reviews. yearly bonus structure :) snacks and drinks :) :) :)
