I loved working here. People were so supportive and friendly, and there was a real culture of helping people. Nobody was mad if you ask questions, and everyone was respectful. I'm so thankful to this company for helping grow my sales career, and will always wish them well. You get to have a REAL effect on the business on such a small team, and know you're contributing to a team effort. Excellent culture, too. Unlimited PTO (they actually forced people to take it before EoY), and fun events for the group to get together. CEO is very committed to personal growth and very open to feedback.

Since it's a startup culture, you need to be able to learn and absorb quickly and be ready to pivot when you're needed elsewhere. If you're not good at problem-solving or comfy in an environment that changes a lot, you might not be able to keep up.

Datafiniti has allowed me to really grow as a lead, I get to coordinate, design and discuss with multiple coworkers in order take the final decisions on multiple aspects of the product we are developing. The work ambient itself is quite relaxed and the rest of team will always let you know when you have excelled at something that was your responsibility. The culture of the company is the absolute best, from D&D, to video games o Axe Throwing and happy hours, Datafiniti knows how to motivate their employees after a long week, not only by making it more enjoyable but also promoting cohesion between employees that blossom into friendships and professional respect for others.
