1) Account quality is terrible.. everyone is finding their own accounts but the internal Salesforce system is so bad (duplicate accounts, accounts with 2 person on linkedin etc) 2) NEARLY impossible to hit target.. everyone is working overnight to double up as SDR, SalesOps, Marketing even though we're underappreciated by the Account Executive team 3) US Leadership is blind to all the problems in ASEAN... weird focus on pipeline generation and cold calling instead of hosting events or set up a marketing team in a very relationship based ASEAN Market (everything is a direct copy and paste approach from USA to Singapore) 4) TOO many AEs in the company... severe account saturation.... only 4 people in a team of abput 30 AEs are hitting their targets
