Pros
The frontline individual contributors are great. Everyone works hard and does their best.
Cons
Leadership is toxic and has a God complex. They think they're doing you a favor by employing you. They don't actually value you. They only value themselves, LinkedIn followers and random HR awards that are not at all deserved. (If you want actual HR, do NOT GO HERE.) The worst part is leadership thinks they are amazing. They just lie to their audience, to clients, to employees and probly to themselves. The CEO talks about stuff on linkedin that is not at all done in the company. It looks nice but is all just to sound good. The founder is horrible and overworks everyone, makes people feel terrible about themself, and sets them up to fail. Then gets mad when they fail. Then after all that, you'll probably be laid off. There have been 3 (4?) rounds of layoffs in 2 years. And since they're not actualy changing anything, probably more to come.
