They expect you to just be grateful you have a job, and that's almost an exact quote from them. This company does not have a good reputation in the industry, and for good reason. Poor work/life balance and high stress. Those who have worked here for a few years seem like they "drank the Kool aid" and will defend this company and its terrible practices. They offer benefits but don't want you to use them.
