They will pay you if you ask for a decent (not exceptional) salary but not worth it, it's only because they not able to pull in good talent.
Cons
Where do we start, the regional/global management is just impotent and clueless about how to run an organization. An extreme level of micromanagement due to their own incompetency and trust in their own people, as someone else has stated be ready to waste your time on weekly calls where you hear 3 hours! of useless repetition of vision, but no actual execution plan. If you do dare to challenge the management for providing guidance - you are either perceived as rocking the boat as that's beyond the capabilities of the senior team, I never saw in my entire tenure an actual strategy plan and there is a lot of finger-pointing, favorites situation, the strategy changes every week - with no consistency, lots confusion, no clear direction to the team.
