The problems we solve are genuinely interesting—ETL, Reverse ETL, data quality, orchestration, and now GenAI use cases—and you get exposure across the full product lifecycle. Leadership is approachable, feedback is valued, and good ideas can come from anywhere, regardless of role or title. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and transparent. Because it’s a growing SaaS company, things can move quickly and priorities may shift. This might feel challenging for someone who prefers very rigid processes or a slower pace.

This was my first company and it could'nt have been better than this. The learnings that I got and the upskilling that happened here made me more confident in what i do and helped me in landing further opportunities too.

Nothing much. As such they are doing well and have a well structured system which i infact liked. Probably because i was a distant intern, but regardless, it was great.
