Pros

-Full-time remote -No micromanaging -Flexible with doctor's appts etc. -You will learn a lot if you are motivated to do so on your own

Cons

-No management or development -Founders lack leadership -No work- life balance -There is no appreciation for employees - they don't value their employees at all -The contracts benefit the employer only. Basically you are "freelance" but work full-time for them. -If they disagree with your opinion, they will fire you or call you disrespectful -They just want you to work your butt off and "create more time" even if it's at 9pm at night, and then will fire you when you're burnt out and hire more people for cheaper -No perks, low PTO, no bonuses -Severe lack of communication

Pros

- Fully remote - No micromanagement: you are in charge of your tasks and schedule - Career progression: if you show initiative and perform well, you get an opportunity to progress into a role of your interest - Bonuses on top of a regular salary - Your opinion is valued and heard: if you have ideas on how to improve certain processes, they will be taken into account - Supportive team: if you need help, your teammates will be there to support you - Professional and personal growth: since you work with customers from various industries, there is always something to learn and get better at - Understanding and transparent management and leadership: will always support you if you need help with anything and be there for you

Cons

The team is small, so you will have to give your all. Things can change relatively fast because it's a startup
