Unfortunately, people make mistakes, and no one can be 100% confident that a particular colleague has never broken a promise. But if something goes wrong, it's essential to escalate the situation. The easiest way to deal with a conflict is to address it with your local HR or head of the office or use our corporate grievance mechanism. At DataArt, we do our best to ensure that all promises were kept and are keen to investigate the situation.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
