Pros

So many people work here to make me feel comfortable, HR department is huge. Here I can find an expert in any question, some experts form competence centers which makes finding answer so much easier. I've worked in a company that has been forbidding managers to tell which site a client uses to communicate with the company. Here everything is clear and nothing like that is kept secret. Great salary, always higher than average on the market. Presentations and conferences on IT topics everyday. Great education system, an employee while idle can make a request and start a course with a test in the end. Free English lessons. Great presents each holiday, Christmas bonuses. Initiative is rewarded with money and material goods. Minimum reporting and control in general. Great working equipment. Health insurance.

Cons

Interview was difficult. I think the tech guy was unfair and I bet he had less experience than me.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
