Pros

Inspiring Leadership - ideas and concepts drived me forward and made me serve this company even after my leave Family atmosphere - I call this place my home, have a chance to talk with anyone at anytime Skillfull team - two of my colleagues from my team work for Google and Spotify now World level talents - work for DA gave me skills to find job on the world market A lot of opportunities for growth - when you are in idle you can learn anything Transparency - have access to any information about the company, communication channels with client available for a team and gave access to the codebase

Cons

Sometimes I felt lack of guidance and lack of feedback on my work Position of the main ideologist which is inspiring and fulfilling might diverge from people you acutally work with, but may be this is ok -- decisions are made collegially and we are all different Feel lack of rest

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
