Pros
People from top to bottom are real and intelligent. So my learning with them was really great and fruitful. Very flat hierarchy and because your performance is quite visible to everyone. The founding members are very helping and supportive. very nice environment to grow and try new things in the career.
Cons
As a bootstrapped startup there is workload is more but at the same time, you are enjoying the work. so you will not feel it.
