They don't know how to speak with employee. because of them more then 5 employee left without experience document. Because No one want to serve notice period in this environment. they don't know anything technically. they come office for time pass. and if you ask any technical things they send you couple of Web URL. Salary: They are wasting money for building office not for employee. whatever experience you have you got salary as a fresher. Leaves: forget about leaves here. they approved leave once in a year.
