Depending on where you're placed, project wise, you may be faced with a lot of hectic scheduling. Management tends to over-promise and rely on it's employees to scramble to meet and deliver those promises.
In those cases you'll work overtime and will not see any reward for it, paid or unpaid.
The pay is pretty top-heavy. Based on the clients and revenue, the company should be willing and able to compensate it's hardest working employees appropriately.
Parts of upper management has a certain need to micro-manage between teams even when they may not have the best insight into the current going-ons within each project. Team Leads/Manager should be given the sole reins to lead their teams to success.
Chance for growth is sporadic. If you're not interested in going for MicroStrategy or Tableau certification this may not be the place for you. This is the bread and butter of the company and everyone needs to get them. Other certifications are unlikely to be paid for.
