Pros
There have been a lot of changes during a long tenure here, but it feels (and has for some time) like things are moving in a really positive direction. Great knowledgeable, talented, highly skilled people. Feels like everyone is working towards the same goal. There is collaboration and inclusivity. Lot's of positive progress and some good people, who make things happen. Transparency.
Cons
There could be a little more employee recognition / reward It would be good to have more social / networking / teambuilding events
