Pros
The training from the contractors they partnered with was great. I learned a lot from having to do tasks not associated with my department due to workloads exceeding staff availability in other departments.
Cons
Dassault's maintenance department is largely influenced by outside sources, meaning customers and sales staff. Maintenance success is measured by quantity and speed instead of quality and reliability. This leads to an overworked staff from a need to meet unrealistic deadlines and make space in an over booked facility. Mistakes made as a result are not sufficiently investigated and frequently blamed on technicians "lack of caring" about their work. The motto here was literally "Whatever it Takes" which is the wrong attitude for aircraft maintenance.
