- It’s true that a majority of our team members are Ukrainian. However, we operate as a fully remote company and conduct all our processes in English. This includes Slack chats and all company policies, ensuring inclusivity for non-Ukrainian team members.
- All must-visit company-wide meetings are held in English. It's true that a few optional events are designed specifically for Ukrainian speakers. These events are not essential company-wide meetings, and we always specify the event’s language in the Google Calendar invite.
- Our cooperation conditions vary by project and are not influenced by nationality. If a project is terminated, we inform all contractors equally, without discrimination based on nationality, race, or any other factor.
- Regarding promotions, please note that for senior positions, eligibility requires at least one year of cooperation. As you mentioned, you have been with us for less than a year, so any type of promotion was not yet an option for you.
