Pros

Unreal Founder expectations and Unreal Corporate politics

Cons

The founder has unrealistic expectations, forcing employees to work 10 hours a day, even on public holidays. The job security is nonexistent; anyone can be randomly fired at any moment without reason. Despite marketing itself as an AI company, it is actually just utilizing basic APIs behind the scenes. Additionally, the company is flooded with interns (who make up 80-90% of the staff). Instead of receiving proper mentorship or learning, interns are simply exploited by the handful of full-time colleagues.

Pros

There are no pros in this company for the employees from any domain.

Cons

My experience at Darwix AI was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Even after leaving the company, I have not received my full and final settlement (FnF) or my experience letter, despite repeated follow-ups. This alone shows how poorly the organization is managed. The product barely works, and most of the promises made are just talk. In my experience, the leadership—especially the CEO, never listens to feedback, lives in a bubble, and has very little understanding of how real businesses or products are built. There is no clarity, no planning, and no respect for basic product development processes. The work culture is toxic. I was made to sit in the office the entire night with the statement that “you cannot go until the product works”—this happened within a week of me joining, when I was still onboarding. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic workplace ethics. On top of that, the CEO does not know how to talk to employees and often behaves in a demeaning manner. The company constantly lies to clients in meetings, overselling features that either don’t exist or don’t work properly. There is huge pressure to make things “work within hours” without even understanding the problem statement, leading to chaos, blame games, and burnout. Employees are fired abruptly, without transparency or fairness. Overall, based on my experience, this company feels borderline fraudulent, with no stable product, no respect for employees, and leadership that is disconnected from reality. I would strongly caution anyone—employees or clients—to think twice before getting involved.
