Positive work environment and great management.

Medical is covered 100% by the agency.

Management is sloppy and unorganized. The meetings reviewing company carriers were never prepared for by the presenter and the information was never complete. Those meetings raised more questions than anything and were not at all helpful. There is a central group of favorite employees who are consistently given preferential treatment and if you make one of them angry, you may as well start packing up your desk and pounding the pavement.
