Pros
Decent pay & perks. Offices are nice enough.
Cons
Toxic management. Like, absolutely toxic. The worst kind. I knew I'd made a mistake after just 1 week here. Management make a big song and dance about "strong leadership" in the office, and yet they work remotely... The hypocrisy - honestly it's mind-blowing! Zero onboarding/training. Don't expect anything but the deep end here. All the "training" videos/classes are basically the same phrases repeated again and again, like "DarkTrance's autonomous response" and "we're the only one who can detect novel threats". If you're in a management role then they probably just want you to be an authoritarian. Don't look for things to fix or try to make things better - heavens no, they're not interested. The issue as far as top brass are concerned is the people. They have already decided that for you, so if you're not willing to be an authoritarian then don't go here. Don't expect to be given access to anything you need. Data, systems, platforms etc. Your requests will go into a black hole. Zero flexibility on working hours. Like, absolutely none. Leave a minute early to save yourself a 30min wait at the train station and you can expect to get an email about it the next day. If you're coming in from the outside, find out who applied for the job and didn't get it, because being a snake is definitely rewarded here.
