Pros

There are no pros, if you work here, your life is hell.

Cons

* Toxic internal politics badly affect team morale, collaboration, and employee growth, making it hard for people to focus on their actual work. * Employee concerns are rarely handled properly. Most issues are ignored, sidelined, or redirected without any real resolution. * Mid-level management (QA Leads/Managers) often avoids taking ownership and instead shifts blame onto team members rather than supporting them. * Even upper management is aware of the actual problems, but they still choose to ignore them. This creates a strong feeling that favoritism and bias are openly tolerated. * Constructive feedback is almost nonexistent. Most interactions with management feel critical, discouraging, and unsupportive rather than helpful. * Career growth and recognition are not based on actual performance, causing hardworking employees to feel undervalued and overlooked. * The learning curve for employees keeps going down because there is very little meaningful or innovative work. Most of the time is spent only on version upgrades and maintenance tasks instead of real development and growth. * HR appears to prioritize protecting the company’s image over genuinely understanding or addressing employee concerns and real workplace issues. * Important concerns are not communicated properly or respectfully, which creates unnecessary stress and confusion for employees. * Reaching out to HR over calls or messages is often frustrating, as calls frequently go unanswered and messages are ignored without any follow-up.

Pros

Not many, They make promises and then take them away.

Cons

-Fire employees from America to save money -try to squeeze every penny from any user possible, giving them the bare minimum back to again squeeze every single penny they possibly can -Pretend to care for employees by giving promises of days off, shorter work weeks, etc when bringing on new team members to look good, only to then dismantle them after a few weeks -I can go on for days, but you get the idea. These guys only have 1 thought process, "how can we make as much money while do the least amount of work?" They use AI for ads, they buy companies for the sole purpose of selling their users health products using their protected private data, they also lie about their products with fake reviews, fake "doctors recommend" , etc. Ive worked for many companies, never had a bad word to say about any of them even after getting let go. this is the first company i ever felt the need to warn people about. They are known for buying companies, tricking their new employees, to learn their systems, their nuances, and get access to all their accounts, then they will mass fire the Americans and let their small teams of under qualified people from other countries at 1/5th the pay to take over . Never work there if you want job security
