Cons
Dwindling benefits 60hr weeks with no overtime payments Expected to travel to multiple training sessions at HQ in own time Wages extremely low compared with NHS Little chance of promotion, no pay scale No transparency with salaries- new starts salary are often the same as those with 5+ yrs experience Promoted "benefits" poor and add no real value Unrealistic goals to get bonus Top management dont have a clue what its like "on the factory floor" Job advertised as days, but expected to cover night shifts & weekends (and get paid less than minimum wage) Not allowed to be negative or give constructive criticism IT equipment / support poor Constant turnover of staff, so remaining nurses always under great pressure. Senior management dont seem to acknowledge this and keep piling on pressure. Targets rather than patient care Policies and procedures are ridiculous, and unworkable, and just their to protect the company should you make a mistake.
