Pros

Small agency gives you the opportunity to manage all areas of the business; not just the one to which you're assigned. Cool atmosphere (former bar/restaurant) although its dark.

Cons

They're very open about their christianity. If you're not on the God Squad you won't fit in. Every project is estimated. All of them. DBA isn't agency of record so you'll be estimating and getting pressure from clients to do everything faster and cheaper. Like any agency, there are favorites. If you're not one of them, be prepared to watch from the sidelines as others enjoy preferential treatment (boat days, flex time).

Pros

The work environment at DBA is second to none. From CEO to Junior associate, DBA finds creative and innovative ways to not only meet but exceed their clients' needs in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, opportunity is everywhere which allows for all employees to gain experience and build their personal portfolio.

Cons

The salary at DBA can be a bit more constrained due to the fact that the agency is smaller in sizing compared to other agencies.
